About me

Yoga & Meditation has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old, encouraged and inspired by my family to practice. I was at a cross roads in life, when Yoga fully found me & my Teacher at the time suggested I should do my YTT (Yoga Teacher Training).

 

I have a 500 hour Sivananda Hatha Yoga IYN accredited qualification. I have also spent a month in India training at Sampoorna Yoga School, where I completed a 200 hour Intensive Ashtanga-Vinyasa course which is accredited by Yoga Alliance.

I share my Teaching from my heart space; this practice is such a passion of mine. It truly is such a joy to connect through mindful movement and cultivate a state of wellbeing. 

Yoga brings so many like minded souls together. A pause in life to reflect, observe and realign together. My intention is to make space for you to be your most authentic self, I often encourage entwining affirmations within poses to fully connect physically, mentally & emotionally.

I have been Teaching full time since January 2016. I teach Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga; Pranayama (breath control) & Alignment are my main focus in classes.

For a long while I was lucky enough to Teach in many different Studios, but my dream was to have a space of my own to nourish and be creative in.

In October 2019 we opened Meraki Studio in the hub of the New Forest. The Studio is my third baby & I adore doing both my Self Practice in there, as well as sharing it with my clients, family & friends. 

There is underfloor heating, bathroom facilities & free onsite parking - after you've booked a class online, I'll contact you directly with the address and directions.

Classes

GENTLE WELLBEING
Mondays 9:00am - 10:15am

This practice is less about flow and more about taking time to fully get into your asanas, allowing yourself the space to strengthen, release and focus both your physical body and mind.

SPACIOUS FLOW
Mondays 6:00pm - 7:15pm

A Slow Flow Practice, equally incorporating both

Strength and Flexibility to create a full body focus.

AWAKENING FLOW

Thursdays 7:00am - 8:00am

A Vinyasa practice to awaken and energise.

This Class will ebb and flow, softly sequenced to implement & create

a positive mindset for the day ahead.

LOVE TONIC WORKSHOPS 

The Love Tonic Workshops focus on our heart-space, both physically & mentally. Entwining backbends within a flowing sequence & creating pathways to peak poses, all whilst incoporating love note Mantras throughout.

We counteract by closing with soft restorative Asanas & time to recharge, concluding with nourishing refreshments.

This is a mixed ability Series, please be aware that it is dynamic and there are optional challenging elements throughout.
