As always I'm so grateful to start the week together

at our weekly Monday Classes,

thank you for joining!

We opened the Month of May at our

Goddess Awakening Masterclass,

it was a particularly special circle with many

threads of connection and on/off the mat friendships.

These monthly gatherings are always an absolute joy to host

and I order sharing them!

The next one is on Thursday 6th June

and online booking is now open if you fancy joining us.

Bank Holiday on Monday 27th May

and the Studio will be closed.
